From locally sourced seafood, seasonal produce, and coastal-forward dishes, that honor both freshness and flavor. Each season, our chefs spotlight catch that supports the Monterey Fishery Trust and the distinctive fisheries of the Monterey Peninsula, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable practices.
Resident Culinary Advisor Paul Corsentino and Executive Chef Jose Velasquez craft a menu rooted in our cultural pillars, blending technique with a deep respect for the coast. Signature dishes such as Monterey Bay Grenadier, Black Cod, and Rockfish are complemented by select proteins from our local butcher, The Meatery all coming together to create a dining experience that feels distinctly, deliciously Monterey.
