The Maker's Table

The Maker's Table is a dinner series born from Monterey's most direct relationship, the one between the people who grow, catch, and craft, and the table where it all lands. Each dinner brings a maker into The Lantern Room for an evening built around their craft and the coast that shapes it.

The menu follows the maker: seasonal, ingredient-led, and specific to what's best right now. This is not a formal pairing dinner. It is a conversation at the table, with the people behind the work.

On Wednesday, June 17, The Maker's Table turns to Paso Robles. Justin Winery has been shaping the Central Coast wine story for decades, and their wines are coming to The Lantern Room. Chef has built the menu around them. Seasonal, coast-driven, and specific to what Justin does best. One table. One winery. One night.
